Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life loved one, Spencer Smiths (drums), along side their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To promote their tune, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) due to his LiveJournal web site.
